Ok so looking for a simple and pretty fast meal with texture, sweetness cheesy-ness, these tostadas are my go to!!
Ingredients:
1 cup of pumpkin, garlic powder, cajun, cumin, nutritional yeast, non-dairy milk, salt, vegan cheese, corn tostada

In a warm pot with oil, add pumpkin.
As the pumpkin softens, add in garlic powder, nutritional yeast, salt, cajun and non-dairy milk. Taste for salt.
Once its become a pumpkin paste, add to tostada along with vegan cheese and broil in over to cheese is melted.
