ok, honestly, this meal is probably one of my favourites and will quickly become yours!
Ingredients: roasted garlic, butter, Italian seasoning, nutritional yeast, tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, chilli flakes, non-dairy milk, basil, linguine.
Steps: (link to video provided)
roast garlic and them peel and add a large tablespoon of butter, Italian seasoning, salt and nutritional yeast
add tomatoes in pot with garlic and butter mix, 1 teaspoon of tomato paste, and non-dairy milk
cook till tomatoes are soft and add noodles.
Top with fresh basil
