vegan quiche

I use to love quiche growing up and have made it several times over the past 7 years of being vegan but definitely, this recipe stands out. The main difference with this recipe is that I used tofu as compared to the others I have made, where I used chickpea flour. I also decided to make my own crust and use shredded potatoes and seasoned them with salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast. This method was new and I have not perfected it yet but it was delicious and added to the texture of the quiche.

Here is the ingredient list so that you may make it at home! This recipe makes a small 8”-10”pan

Quiche mix:

3/4 of medium tofu

1/4 of vio life parmesan

black salt

nutritional yeast

tumeric

cashew milk

sautéed veg

mushroom

broccoli

red pepper

white onion

  1. mix sautéed veg and tofu quiche mixture and place in potato crust

  2. bake for 45mins

  3. cool for 5-10mins

  4. serve!
